As President and CEO of AsianNet TV, he has one goal: to bring a face and voice to the Asian community.

Madison Nguyen

Executive Vice President

Madison Nguyen, former San Jose Vice Mayor, is now the Executive Vice President of AsianNet Media. She is responsible for driving the company’s marketing and business development and strategies, maintain relationships with clients, recruit new talents and produce new TV programs.

Madison previously served on the San Jose City Council from 2005 to 2014, with four years as Vice Mayor. 

Madison obtained both undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and The University of Chicago.

Dean Arcillas

VP for Business Development

Prior to founding FANTV, Dean Arcillas was a Business Consultant, Business Adviser, Loan Officer, Credit Repair Specialist, Business Specialist, Financial Adviser for multi-million dollar companies and celebrities, Content Creator, Producer, Past Vice President for Fil-Am Chambers of Commerce for San Mateo County, Media Consultant for “Community Child Care Council” (a 40 million dollar company). Through these positions, Arcillas discovered the needs of his community and delivers work that brings communities together.

Now, as the VP for Business Development for AsianNet TV, Arcillas strives to create content that people all over the world will enjoy. He provides a platform that both local and international communities can use to express their ideas.

C-Tru

VP for Music/Entertainment

Carlo Ferrer Santos, known as C-Tru, is an award-winning hip-hop recording artist, singer, and songwriter from California. He brings his extensive entertainment background and network to AsianNet TV as VP of Music/Entertainment.  Having collaborated with numerous multi-million dollar companies, entrepreneurs and superstar music artists, C-Tru’s comprehensive experience in the entertainment industry enables him to bring projects to life.  

C-Tru has an extensive music resume with numerous #1 charting records in Asia and Europe as a songwriter and artist. Most notably in 2017 he collaborated on the hard-hitting record “Dog in Me” with rap superstar DMX which garnered millions of views on YouTube and landed numerous soundtrack placements. He followed this up in 2018 with another hit when he teamed up with music icon Snoop Dogg on the song “California Party” which again quickly gained millions of views and landed placements in TV & Film.  His success in music has led him to producing numerous chart topping songs for some of the biggest artists in Europe and Asia.  His goal is to bridge the gap of Asian talent all over the world to the U.S. and empower the next Asian music superstars.

Tran Bao Son is a well-established actor in the Vietnamese film industry, particularly known for his roles in action-packed movies. Beyond his acting career, he’s also engaged in various aspects of the entertainment world and has gained experience in the pharmaceutical field.

For years, storytelling has always been a priority in Sophan Chhun’s work. With his creative vision, he has been able to produce vivid and compelling content that keeps his audience coming back for more.

Chhun brings AsianNet TV to life through his production of videos.

Jera Tran

VP of Global Expansion

Jera Tran has many years of experience working with global technology and financial companies throughout Southeast Asia. Her primary focus is connecting people and resources, raising funds, consulting, and providing development orientation for start-ups to enter the market globally.

Jera also has a deep passion for community development and charitable causes. She spends much of her time raising funds to bring educational programs to primary schools in rural communities in Southeast Asia.

Director of New Business Development

James Do is a multifaceted entrepreneur who focuses on food, health, and real estate. He oversees a portfolio of consumer goods and a third-party logistics (3PL) company.

With a background in marketing and business development, James aims to bring people and businesses together through delicious and healthy food, all while celebrating Asian culture.

Nicole Ceniza

Director of Communications

Nicole Ceniza was born in Los Angeles, California. She became the fourth-generation title holder of Miss Filipina International, formerly known as Binining Pilipinas USA, reigning from 2016-2017. This helped propel her career further as an entertainer as she worked as an ambassador, model, TV host and an actress over the next several years. She received her real estate license in 2019 and continues to work as a real estate agent with plans to return to school to achieve a higher degree of education.

Aside from her public career, Nicole loves spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid traveler, enjoys learning about new cultures and she can speak multiple languages. She loves to go out and frequent restaurants in LA, but also loves to stay in and cook and watch movies.  She is a talented painter, a practical joker, and a loyal friend.  Most importantly, she values family, self-growth, and helping those in need.

Natalie Ho

Finance/Controller

Luxury experiences and purpose drive Natalie’s life. She previously played a large role for a well-known company in their Finance and Budgeting department. Now, she owns a private business called “LuxurybyNatalie” and she runs it using her core values. 

Everyday, she learns new skills to work on her next venture! “Dream big, work hard, and work smart are the key actions one has to do to achieve success” is her motto when it comes to her aspirations.

Lauren Dani

Host

Lauren Dani is a Southern California native who wears many hats and has lived eight of her nine lives. Currently, she is a fashion designer for L Label Loves Emvee Bikini, and showed a swimwear collection at Fashion Week San Diego 2020. She also does wardrobe and production design for Tribeca-selected, award-winning independent films. 

Additionally, Lauren is certified with the Trauma Resource Institute as a Community Resiliency Model teacher, and has trained various trauma-informed individuals, including St. Mary Medical Center front-liners during the pandemic, and Latinx gang-affiliated youth. She is also a Transitional Mentor and writing teacher for the nonprofit InsideOUT Writers serving youth in the juvenile justice system, and believes creative self-expression is the most powerful catalyst for personal transformation. She is an American Cancer Society Young Professionals Network LA/OC Event Chair, and a former Miss Asia USA California.
