With a growing reputation as the go-to person for high profile projects, in 2017 he collaborated with rap icon DMX on the track “The Dog in Me”. The video has accumulated a million+ views on YouTube and was Gold certified in Europe.
C-Tru has another hit record with his song with hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg “California Party”. Already with millions of views on YouTube, it has had music placements in tv and films.
In 2021, C-Tru helped found the FilAm Creative Council in Washington, D.C in coordination with the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC) the Philippine Embassy, and the White House. The FilAm Creative Council's goal "is to explore various ways [they] could connect and collaborate with different cultures to help facilitate a better understanding and appreciation of one another".
